Purchasing on-line could not be simpler. After you have selected the items you wish to purchase just follow the step-by-step procedures from the shopping basket.

If you do not wish to purchase on-line then simply note the codes of the products you wish to purchase and e-mail, or Phone us. We will prepare your order and send it to you.

Delivery

All our product are in stock and will be mailed out UPS. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery. We will notify you by email of any delays.

Returns, Breakages & Cancellations

The product must arrive unused, in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Original receipt with the order number must be included. Please email us or telephone us to let us know of any returns. We will issue a refund or exchange it for you.

Breakages must be reported to us via email or phone within 3 days of receiving an order. Goods damaged in transit will be replaced at no cost to you.

Please note we do not accept returns on:

Items returned after 10 days. Damaged items not reported within 5 days. Products damaged after delivery, except in cases of faulty production.
